We’ve revamped the classic peanut butter cookie recipe and converted the traditionally high calorie, high sugar recipe into one that’s rich in healthy fats, loaded with protein, and lower in carbs. Perfect for those watching their weight.

Ingredients

2 scoops chocolate whey protein powder

¾ cup light peanut butter

2 tbsp. almond flour

1 whole egg

2 squares 90% dark chocolate, broken into small pieces

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients together and then form bite sized cookies, placing on a greased cookie sheet. Bake for 9 minutes. Remove and let stand for a few minutes prior to serving.
