Here are some spices that can help in the process of weight loss:

According to Dr. Mercola, polyphenols play an important role in maintaining your health and wellness.  Those can induce a similar effect as insulin and help regulate the body’s level of sugar. A favorite oriental spice has a powerful effect on the digestive system. It calms the stomach and protects the digestive system by reducing acid in the stomach. Ginger helps lower cholesterol levels. According to a study from Columbia University in New York, it was found that 2 g of powdered ginger dissolved in warm water has a significant effect on body warming and food intake compared to the control group. The feeling of reduced hunger lasted up to 6 hours after drinking.

#3. Chili

Recent studies show that chili accelerates metabolism, burns calories, regulates insulin levels, and lowers the blood sugar levels. On the other hand, some doctors say that health benefits of chili are a little bit overrated.

The truth is that it is hard to assume that chili is the magical spice to slash your weight, but it doesn’t hurt to add it in your favorite dishes for that extra kick.
